Valleywoods Development Proposal on December 3rd, 7pmVictoria Park Collegiate Institute in the cafeteria.I received notice today from Nimrod Salamon, Senior Plannerfor the City of Toronto, that there will be a Community Consultation Meetingfor the revised Valleywoods Development Proposal on December 3rd, 7pmVictoria Park Collegiate Institute in the cafeteria.I have attached the details sent to me. just noticed you can't really read the heights of the buildings on the pdf there are as follows:North Parcel: 27 storeys (lower left on diagram facing Valleywoods)22 storeys (lower middle)24 storeys (upper left facing York Mills)the other three are 12 storeys, two on York Millsthe third one sandwiched between the new publicroad and the ravine.South Parcel:22 storeys ( left side of diagram)24 storeys (adjacent to above)22 storeys (above middle, perpendicular to ravine)on right of diagram there are 10 buildings consistingof stacked and row townhouses.The existing building at 44 Valleywoods is 21 storeys.
